Refund Policy
1. Purpose
This Policy governs the purchase of digital evaluation services, proprietary trading challenges, platform access, and related services provided by the Company.
Zorrox Fund operates as a proprietary trading firm providing digital evaluation services only. Zorrox Fund does not provide investment services/nor trading activity to the public and Client funds are NOT traded.
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services, strict refund limitations apply.
2. Nature of Services – Digital Content
All products offered by the Company, including but not limited to:
- Trading Challenges
- Evaluation Programs
- Funded Account Simulations
- Platform Access Credentials
- Performance Dashboards
- Educational Material
- Promotional Packages
All the above are classified as digital content and/or digital services delivered immediately upon purchase.
By completing a purchase, the Client:
- Expressly consents to immediate digital delivery
- Acknowledges that access begins instantly
- Agrees that the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (where applicable under UK law) is waived once digital delivery begins.
3. Strict No Refund Policy (Core Rule)
Once ANY of the following occurs, the purchase becomes NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Login credentials are issued
- The trading account is accessed
- The challenge begins
- Any trade is placed
- Dashboard access is activated
- The evaluation timer starts
- Educational materials are accessed
- The service is used in any capacity
3.1 Digital consumption constitutes full delivery.
Failure of a challenge, breach of rules, disqualification, drawdown breach, or unmet profit targets does NOT create eligibility for refund.
4. No Refunds for Promotional Purchases
Any purchase made:
- With a discount code
- During promotional campaigns
- Using affiliate offers
- With bundle pricing
- With limited-time offers
- During seasonal promotions
is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Promotional pricing reflects discounted risk allocation and cannot be reversed.
5. Revenue Protection & Chargeback Policy
The Company maintains strict anti-abuse procedures to protect against chargeback fraud and revenue loss.
In the event a Client:
- Fails a challenge
- Violates trading rules
- Exceeds drawdown
- Loses eligibility
- Is disqualified
and subsequently initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company will:
- Submit platform logs
- Provide login timestamps
- Provide trading activity records
- Provide IP address evidence
- Provide acceptance of Terms confirmation
All digital access logs constitute proof of service delivery.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Blacklisting from future services
- Legal recovery action
- Reporting to payment processors
6. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Technical system error preventing account creation
- Billing error caused directly by the Company
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before any account access.
If the service has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction fees and payment processor charges may be deducted.
7. Cooling-Off Waiver (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content.
However, this right is lost once:
- The consumer expressly consents to immediate performance
- The consumer acknowledges loss of cancellation right
- Digital access is granted
By purchasing, the Client confirms:
"I expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once access is granted."
8. Account Suspension & Rule Violations
In the event where trading rules are violated, NO refunds will be granted in such cases.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate services
- Disqualify participants
9. Disputes
All disputes must first be submitted to: support@zorrox.fund
The Company will review all claims in good faith. However, digital access logs shall constitute definitive proof of service delivery.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.
